I just downloaded the Visual Pricing System and I’m wondering why I don’t have the Competitive Price Lines or Scattergram Pricing charts. Are those extra products that need to be purchased?

The Competitive Price Line chart and the Scattergram Pricing charts are part of the Visual Pricing System. In short, after you read in an exported file, select the "Pricing tab" (located at the bottom), you will see the "MLS Dataform" worksheet. This worksheet includes all the data used to create the graphs. This is data for the past two years which was used to create the charts. Of course, this is much more information than needed (or wanted) to create the Scattergram or Price Line charts. You can select the data you want by using the Scattergram and Price Line columns on the left. You can select the data by selecting one or more boxes then right-clicking. When you right-click, you will get a drop down menu which will enable you to select the data. Once you’ve selected data, you can create your graphs. (By the way, the program has an automatic selection tool that you can make use of.)
Please take a look at the following tutorials. I’m sure you’ll find them very useful in creating these graphs.
